Mweb with "pathologically poor service"during lock down period

I am getting very poor service(Slow Internet) from Mweb on a monthly basis, until I complain via hellopeter, its becoming a regular show for the last few months, especially during lockdown period all networks almost doubled their line speed to accommodate clients work from home demands but Mweb reduced the speed and service levels, what a customer service!!! I am paying for 8Mb/sec service but often getting nearly nothing and poor sync rates for days!
