Mweb with a 14 months turnaround time for assistance

I app**** for fiber installation last year in June 2018, which was only done after 14 months of me being sent from pillar to post. When they were now ready to install it, I requested that my billing should start on the 1st of August 2019 as I had already done some alternative means to use until they connect me. I sent emails and also tried by calling as well but no one was eager to assist me as I believe everything you ask from them takes over a year for it to get done. I was then debited after I informed them that the billing must start in August, which due to that I had not made financial means for the debit order it rejected and I was charged R120 for that. I have received a statement that reflects that I have to pay for to months on the next debit date. Mweb is really not ideal as far as I can say and none of the agents when you call are will to assist.
