MWEB Will not unblock me! I did NOTHING WRONG!

STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! And still, no word from Mweb about their reasoning for blocking me on social media. I reached out them on another account and they just decided to block me there too? ***************? Laziness? What?? Sadly, since mweb was taken over by WEBAFRICA their customer service has gone down the drain! Very disappointing as I have been a customer of Mweb for over 30 years. WHEN WILL YOU RESPOND MWEB???
