MWEB will not cancel my account, I have paid my outstanding amount have requested to cancel my account since January!!! and they are still debiting my account without my consent!

In the beginning of the year, January I sent MWEB an email to request for my account to be cancelled as I no longer require their service. They acknowledge my request MWB***7 but never closed the account after I made my last payment of what was due to them *** (proof of payment). Somehow despite me not using MWEB for the past 4 months, they are still debiting my account for services i don't use at all. I have tried to stop the debit order however their lines are always busy and I never get through to anyone. MWEB is charging me for nothing, and they refuse to cancel my account despite my attempts to cancel. I owe them nothing and yet my account is being debited, this is ******** and i have sent them requests many times to ask them to stop! why am i being billed for a service i dont use, I stopped using their service last year!!! i made sure that what was outsanding was paid so that they could stop hounding me with their lawayers but now they have gotten way out of hand accessing my account when i am no longer their client. DO NOT SIGN UP with MWEB, they will take your money, ignore your emails and if you refuse to pay for a service, they are NOT giving you, they will send lawyers who will almost harass you as if you are using MWEB service *******ly. But i don't use MWEB, i want nothing to do with MWEB, why are they debiting me? this has a negative impact on my score, and they don't care!! this is ********. If you want to take up their service just know, they will not allow you to leave even when you request many times and pay them. I have resulted to reporting them on here and sharing emails as well as proof of payments because I refuse to give them any more money when i don't use their service. I don't use their service and yet they still want to bill me. DO NOT USE MWEB save yourself the stress and torture from this service!!! They are the worst. They will never take your calls, they never respond to emails, they will want your money without giving you a service! DO NOT USE MWEB!!!
