Mweb wifi price increases.

Happy with Mweb's wifi service but very unhappy with their price increases!

Got two increases in 12 months without any consultation. They just inform you that your monthly payment will increase from a certain date. My package went up from R599 to R709 per month.

Furthermore, they offer the same package on their website to new customers at a reduce price of R533 pm. I, their customer for years, must suddenly pay R709 pm. They do not response to the query I locked on their website.
