MWEB WIFI IS TRASH

I have been experiencing issues with my internet fibre connec for months. Following all trouble shooting options, calling in for Technical Assistance multiple times. I was promised that someone will come to my residence to identify the issue but to date the issue has not been resolved. I can't even watch a movie on netflix without my wifi disconnecting. Everyday, multiple times a day my wifi just disconnects and i have to reboot and wait a few minutes for the wifi to be back up. Im tired of paying for poor service
