Mweb wifi is a ****

Mweb has billed me for a delivery that was never made. They make us wait for 4 hrs and show up the minute we've left refusing to wait 10 minutes for our return. (This was the 5th delivery attempt). Now they reported our account to be in arrears, but we still haven't recieved the SIM or router. They cant be contacted and refuses that we come and pick the parcel up. There is no communication between them and their courier and all they do is blame eachother and then bill us for a non delivery over and over again. Avoid this **** at all costs. Easy to sign up. Impossible to contact afterwards.
