Mweb -wifi disconnected

I phoned m-web on the 29th April and was told if I make a payment of R549.00 I will be reconnected. To date I am not reconnected I have gone on their live chat no one ever responds or get back to you. Have lodged a complaint with mweb complaints who sends an auto response that they will get back to you within 48 hours it way past 48 hours no response.

Tried calling them on several occasions you hold on for 20 min and get disconnected. I have spent over R300 on airtime and to no avail. The service is disgusting to say the least . They should close down. Please advise why I am not reconnected. You took my money but don't have the decency to respond to any of my messages or e-mail. Very frustrated.
