MWEB WIFI

I have requested Fibre installation on 20 January 2023 with confirmation that all will be done before 30 January 2023. I had 4 phone calls where I answered and no one speaks. I have also tried to call from my side ***) but it says that the number does not exist. On Friday 3 February 2023 I got a call where they requested a serial number of the box that is already installed in our complex. I advised I'm not currently home so if they can give me a call a bit later I will be able to provide them with the info, the consultant said he will arrange this. I never received another call again. He advised I should call *** or *** if there is no call, and once again both numbers does not exist when I try to call. If this is the service before a sale I don't want to know what it will be after a sale.
