MWEB Why must I beg for my money after 6 months of cancellation

Begging for refund of MY MONEY still on 22Dec2023 After 6 months and counting!! On sign up it takes less than 24 hours to debit my account. Why does refund take over 6 months ? Clients take notes do not do bust after does not exits !! MWB***4 MWEB: MWB***0
