MWEB Why have you left me hanging????

No LTE since Fri night. All support tel numbers not working all weekend, including today. Logged a fault on their site on Sat morning, still no response. My job depends on connectivity. Mweb takes their full fee on the dot each month. ******* and *****. I need a call from their tech support immediately. Have used 4G of my own data since Sat am, and ran out of airtime holding when I called the 021 corporate number this morning.
