Mweb?? Why??

Mweb.... I don't understand why monthly payments have gone up when I haven't even reached my 12month period in my contract? I have sent a query and no response received. My premium went up by R10 within a few months of signing up. And now due to no fault of mine my premium is going up by another R50. My question is why should I suffer the consequences if your service provider has changed what they offer? When I initially signed on, we had an agreement of R629 per month... And now by April I must pay R689?? Seeing that it's not my doing shouldn't I be let out of my contract with no consequences to me as I only signed on in Sept 29th last yr.?also premiums are going up yet the service is so bad? We lose connectivity soooo often?? I need an answer before April... Before you charge me extra when I can rather go to another provider and pay less. Am so disappointed.
