Mweb What's the matter

In August I had requested to have my suspended mweb account (***5) reactivated,I was given an amount to pay only to be told that I had paid much more than I needed to and that the money will be credited into my mweb account,a month or so later about R1300 of that money was taken,i called in and i was told it was a mistake and that the funds will be credited again back to my account, yesterday when i got home my internet service was off,i have tried all I could on their different platforms and still nothing,I can't do anything on the app as according to it I have no account with MWeb, frustrated is not even the word,I have an online course starting monday and no internet,wow
