Mweb: what a lag.

So since they can not answer my calls and nothing ever happens I have decided to just carry my message over to Hello Peter in the hopes that they find it. I have a uncapped line but I am being throttled OUT OF MY MIND. Keep in mind that I work, I do not upload and I only watch for eg Netflix. Please explain why, even after the end of the month, my status is still being throttled.
