Mweb what a disaster

Shocking Service - Cannot speak to anyone in person or on-line. Was assured there was fibre coverage in the area I needed fibre. I had to R249 to secure the order. 3 weeks later i was told there is no Fibre coverage. I cannot get my money back now as I have to deal with someone on an app/ live chat or call in - they make you wait for over 30 minutes before helping and each response you then wait for about 10 minutes. I now have to prove i paid by sharing a 3 month bank statement - how crazy is this when they took the money straight from my account. Shocking, shocking. Will never use them again
