MWEB - what a disappointment you have become

Hi Mweb. I hope we can resolve my issue seeing that your in-house staff is to *********** to understand. I have cancelled my LTE month-to-month package 15 days in advance. Still you kept on charging me, even though I started using another ISP for internet. Now--seeing that I did not continue with my month-to-month package, you are threatening to black-list me? I have dealt with many *********** people before, but you take the cake. And when I have to waste my money, and time phoning you - either no one answers, or I'm put on hold for more then 30 minutes/until I decide to hang-up. Is there any one working there; educated enough that can clear this up? I really look forward hearing from you.
