Mweb: We charge for what we don’t deliver

I pay R1200 a month for a 500mb download / 500mb upload line an I get 195mb download / 6mb upload with 99ms latency? I can’t even stream the rugby world cup as the stream just stops and says not connected to the internet, pc games are unplayable with high latency.
