MWEB - Waste of Time and Money

I have requested a move for transferring my service from my old place to the new house. I have encountered nothing but hurdles and when trying to call them cause now I have moved and need to work from home for the festive season, I called 4 times waited at each time for 15 minutes to speak to someone, on the 4th call after waiting 25 mins I spoke to someone who said they will send the ticket to the moving department, really, he could not transfer to speak to them directly to sort out because they do not have extensions there. In yet on the choice voicemail I chose moving options so I can speak to the department. I am really unhappy and considering cancelling my contract and finding another service provider. Just a pity I have wasted 3 weeks and getting no joy and working from home now and had to purchase data for modem so cannot use smart tv or anything due to this issue.
