mweb wake up i have changed my cellphone number

I filled in the form to change my cellphone number but they are still using my old numbre as i am trying to get full access to the mweb site and cant get in, I am also having problems with a lot of my emails dissapearring straight away as soon as they come in and dont know what to do , no one answers on facebook and I cant get through to tech as they sending a pin to my old number how stupid
