Mweb & Vumatel sort this out!

I took out a fiber deal with mweb that includes free installation ,free connection,free router .

My issue is its over a week now vumatel only come out on monday 28th/05/2018 Two guys arrived at 1pm , they took there time and at 3:20 pm they said to me the almost done ,made me fill out a form to rate service and sign . Exactly 2mins afrer they come to me and say they have bad news there machine is faulty they can't connect me they will need to come another day . I was furious ! I said no u will go get another machine and fix it ,this guys just wasnt interested! He left . After couple of mins later phone rings and another guy arrives to finish the other two guys job that was incomplete.

Only for him to then realize that they messed up and cut the cable to short that need to be connected to fiber box . he had to pull the wires off the wall ,pulling off mu paint . now please note I'm renting in my appatment! And then he started to rewire ! He called for help he had another two vans come out to help him ..all they were doing is bad mouthing the first two guys who really messd up! Anyway they said they sorted it out But now I still can not connect! My router is still not delivered and was said it will be today 30th/05/2018 at 6:30pm ,never happened it inconvenienced me I had to have someone wait at flat for courier which never happened ! I'm being charged pro rater! Mweb says vumtatel line is faulty And vumatel just isnt helpful !!!

So I wanna know who's gonna sort this out because I am livered!!! Bad bad customer service!
