Mweb & Vumatel service is pathetic

I have signed up for Mweb to install fibre at my home using their partner Vumatel. I made the payment on the 25th of February & till today I don’t have anything, no connection at all. All i get is some stupid automated Smses & no even bothers to call me and explain what’s really going on. When i call their call centre i cannot get through as well it’s forever busy and everything there is automatic, therefore you end up only talking to a computer. I was so excited when one of their consultants called me to convince me to sign up, had i known that it was going to be like this i would have declined the offer right there.
