MWEB -Vumatel-Payfast link

The people I dealt with this morning were not very helpful. I have wasted my aurtime holding and talking to more than 6 people repeating to each and everyone about it issue. So unhelpful and keeping the customer for too long on the phone. I am very dissatisfied with their services especially with their 3rd party Payfast in the collection department and Vumatel as well. That is Mweb-Vumatel-Payfast, this link. I have asked to be a scheduled payer instead of Payfast dealing with my debit order, but to my surprise only this option is available with Mweb.
