Mweb Vumatel partnership not working ! 1 month without internet in a first world section .

We stay in Gonubie. We had the service with Mwe/Vumatel for a few months now . But the last month I was without service . The Vumatel technician came out within a few days and he accepted the fault was on their side . But the fault is not being repaired . I am very dissatisfied and disappointed , really thought Vumatel would be professional and see to their end of the contract. How do you sell a product but can not deliver service. Surely someone is to blame at Vumatel. I would really like to know what the problem is , hopefully Vumatel is not broke, why else would they not have the resources to replace what needs to be replaced

I spoke to mweb about 6 times already , I have sent numerous e-mails .

For reasons not to be mentioned this is beyond urgent to have a service up and running . But mweb managers are unable to deliver their part of the contract we have . No one even contacted me up to now.

This is the worst possible scenario .

Very unprofessional to not contact a customer . Mweb technicians simply says they can not phone you back. No chat function either.
