Mweb & Vumatel Need Competition in the Woodmead Area

When I moved to a new area in Woodmead at the beginning of December, I was informed that the only fibre provider in the area is Mweb in partnership with Vumatel. I contacted them in that first week. Reaching them was difficult and their call centre agents offered no tangible assistance. Till this day, 14 January 2022, I haven’t received any help from them. They don’t have any competition in the area and that is why their service lacks quality.
