Mweb /Vumatel monopoly

Last month they anounced that the Vumatel/Mweb are not offering the 10/2Mbps line which (started as R629 pm then pushed to R639 pm) but only offerung a 10/10 Mbps which cost R689 pm

Just a monopoly to extract money money for the service we don't really need. I am not a gamer that I need to upload ridiculous amounts of data.

Mind you, in other areas, a 20/20 Mbps is being offered for R439 pm by Vumatel infrastructure

Why such a price disparity for the same product at diffetent areas?
