MWEB / Vumatel Fiber problems - not getting fixed

I am not a very Happy customer of Mweb nor Vumatel

Since the 22 April 2022 i have been logging complaints that my Line keeps dropping and till today 27 May 2022 this problem is still not sorted, we have changed our router to test and still the same problem so the router was not the issue, the ONT was replaced and still the same problem, with working from home being disconnected for even 5 min is problematic, this has gone on long enough and I have not had any joy with getting this fixed, I am still paying the full payment for a service I am not receiving. my time spent on the phone with Mweb I need to cannot ever get back.
