MWeb , Vumatel and Payfast

When I have internet service, all is well. In June and July, the Debit order hasn't been processed because of a problem between the banks 3D Secure and Payfast . My service has been suspended due to Nonpayment, which is not because of lack of trying to pay. I have called at least twice a day, tried multiple banks to make the payment and no success. Each attempt to call you hold on for over 10 minutes and then when the call is answered ... and more attempts are made to pay ... I am told sorry, nothing can be done, and no ! your service will remain suspended.

Why is the end user being punished for an issue between the supplier and the payment system they use .
