MWEB / VUMAREACH services is worse then ESKOM SE PUSH service.

The service received from Mweb for new Fibre installation to Kalksteenfontein area Cape Flats is shocking. ***. With loading of complaints on the Mweb App and being esculated to top management and the lack of reply's from management is so Bad that if I am allowed to swear (@&?) is the least to say. I found out that they are given the Mandate to the area to install the Fibre infrastructure - but WISH THAT THIS MANDATE are provoke. The sub-contracting company VUMAREACH service to the area is also (@#%). They dont phone you back and the waiting time phoning them both is around 40min. The numbers *** of Mweb and *** needs to s**** from the system as it costing us poor communities HUNDREDS OF RANDS to get to speak to an agent and when you finally do - the apologies start flowing like its being read from a HORROR MOVIE SCRIPT as it sounds sincere but only to throw you ofF guard and the new TORMENT TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. My payment were done since January 2024 - but still no *** installation. I plea to the local goverment to REMOVE THIS TENDER SERVICE TO SERVICE OR for installation of fibre from VUMAREACH AND MWEB as the service they giving to the poor communities is ALARMING. I am surely not the only one complaining in our area and this needs to STOP. I also call on our community to stop using these two providers as they SHUCK!!! - I am asking for a refund of my payments ASAP FROM MWEB.
