Mweb Vumareach - Installation date still not confirmed. 3 weeks passed

Fibre has been installed in my area. I then signed up for the Mweb Vumareach 20Mbps Uncapped Recurring. I made payment of R399.00 on 27/08/2021. It is now over 3 weeks later and nobody has contacted me regarding an installation date. I left a call back 3 times in the last week. My call was returned all 3 times and each day it was a different story. Day 1 - operator said they will get some one to call me. Day 2 - operator said they will get someone to call me. They said that someone tried to contact me and I didn't answer and emailed me as well. I can confirm that to date, I have not received a call from Mweb nor an email. Day 3 - The operator said she will investigate and let me know. To date, no phone call. I need someone to contact me urgently to setup an installation date. I also need to cancel my current contract as I will find my self paying two service providers on October 2021.
