Mweb + Vuma SUCKS

The most useless ISP... I signed up on the 20/09!21 and was given a date for installation on the 08/10/21 the guys came out on the 8th did half installation and told me they would come the following day.I'm still waiting for since the 8th...no email or phone call letting me know what is going on.I have already wasted 300 on airtime calling everyday to find out what's going on.You call mweb they say they waiting for vuma then you call vuma they say they waiting for the contractors who's doing the installations. Nobody seems to know what the hell is going on.I regret ever signing up with such useless people that offer useless service
