Mweb vuma fibre
Mweb agents are lazy to assist they like hi my name is akhona how can I assist you, you then tell them you have a issue for example you upgrade your service from 40mbps to 100mbps 50upload on their mweb portal they don't respond but they read your message after you tell them they still debit you for the old service instead of the new service you changed to.
