Mweb & Vuma are Robbing me in broad day light!!

Mweb is doing business with Vuma. They mistakenly disconnected my line the 18th of September 2023 (their system shows them) until today the 4th of October 2023 after I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours. I asked them to compensate me (credit on my account). They told me that they can’t give me credit because I did not complain same time when they did a mistake on my account. Now this is their mistake because I do not owe them, and to be compensated I had to complain same time? Mind you it is a long process to get help via the phone with Mweb. I just wanna be compensated for the amount of time I was disconnected. They made the mistake and not me!
