MWEB vs VUMAREACH Fibre Migration

Mweb is my ISP for Mitchells Fibre - on 24 August I made pmt to have the voucher reloaded - since then I have had no fibre - 1st they said that VumaReach needed to re-activate the line - which was only done on the 4 September then they would be able to assist me - it is now the 14th September and Mweb still has no answer as to why my line had not been activated yet. I have called in everyday since 24 August and I still have no joy from them. As per Vuma Reach, their side has been completed and Mweb should have sorted this out already - 22 days and still no resolution for an existing line that just needed to be migrated.
