MWEB VOIP - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! You cannot give a service if you don't have service!!!! We have tried to port our Neotel number to Mweb now for a few weeks, this all due to Neotel closing and being sold to MWEB. After several attempts and reference numbers from them - there is still NOTHING. They will get back to you and they just never do! In the meantime, Neotel has closed the line and our business has had this number for almost 11 years. Mweb promised that we will not lose our number, however, it is not working and our clients are not able to get hold of us. We will not advise anyone to make use of them to port their numbers from any other service provider - rather look for someone that has a service and want to do business!!!
