Mweb Voip service

It is impossible to contact mweb. They don't answer their phones and you can be lucky if you manage to speak to someone after 10 minutes of holding on. My 2nd voip number was cancelled but I still get charged for 2 months without the minutes be available to me. The queries online also do not work or even get answered. I am now thinking of physically going to their building
