Mweb VOIP

I have a 50mbs fibre line with Mweb. The Service on the man product is 5 star!

However what has been incredibly frustrating is the VOIP service. 1) You cannot top-up online - only buy a new service which requires a new number. 2) You cannot get through to the call centre 3) You cannot log a proper query online. 4) They messed up my porting from telkom

This is incredible. I feel terrible about slating an otherwise professional outfit in this manner, but they really should consider jacking up the VOIP offering or withdrawing the service altogether
