MWEB VODACOM Fibre

MWB***4 - Its day 2 without Fibre connection. I found its absolutely ridiculous that no one can resolve this within a day. If my fibre is not connected today you cancel the service and I will go to Afrihost who is much more reliable. The red alarm light is on on the black box and still hasnt gone off!!!

Its so pathetic that even with loadshedding and your line being down on Fibre due to a fault you still expected to pay your full monthly installment. No adjustments are made for “downtime”
