MWEB/Vodacom Data Bullying

<p>In October 2016 I subscribed for a mobile wifi router 20GB for R529 from MWEB. In November 2016 I received a bill for R11k! I contacted MWEB numerous times via emails, complaints page (I've four reference numbers) in order to get clarity on how could my bill be so much, when I've switched off all background data, called for top-ups, have a secured password and worked til late to be on my phone 24/7? Only 3 weeks later they responded after I called, they sent me an itemised billing invoice from Vodacom, of which a Vodacom employee "Dealers and Pricing" responded with the words below to me and MWEB:</p> <p> </p> <p>'Kindly refrain from including clients when sending mail requests to Vodacom. See below mail, call client and resolve urgent. @Senzo Sibiya, please accept our apology, MWEB will be in contact for an urgent solution.'</p> <p> </p> <p>I've read a lot of articles with customers who were not happy but got assisted, however I don't understand how can I accumulate such a large bill, and would like to be assisted as well.</p>
