Mweb very very bad , so bad they should be allowed to operate. This is a disgraceful company to say the least

I would like to say how disappointed I am at the inability and worthless, fruitless, futile, impractical, ineffectual, pointless, unproductive, vain, valueless. (informal) inept, hopeless, ***********, ineffectual, no good. Mweb are . I’ve been trying to cancel a simple month to month account with MWEB. It is impossible. They do not respond to calls unless you have a South African cell number . Mine has been cancelled as I’ve moved overseas. My father in law and myself cannot get a otp number as the cell no longer works . Also to maybe change the number to an email address is impossible as i need the cell number to do this. No one will answer or take my father in laws calls as he does not have my cell number. He does have power of attorney for me. But to no avail. I put this out on social media and the World Wide Web. This is the letter I have tried to get them to respond to. Also I’ve logged a complaint with the ISPA.org.za.. Good day Mr Storger

If i do not get a response within a reasonable time in will instruct the bank to block the account from your company. As i cannot do it then any other way.

Zalman storger This request from them was done the very same they the asked for it . But no response or any sort of communication. How sad I do not recommend them for any sort of service .
