MWeb Very Contemptuous of Customers.

The staff of MWeb must have had a training course from the government on how to lose friends and alienate people. Tom Cruise would not be able to contact them. No e-Mail, an App which leaves you in an endless loop of identifying yourself, and, if you do finally speak to a human, they put you on endless hold, or pass the buck. All I want to do is change my product. A call from a senior person who cares would be appreciated.
