Mweb very bad service

I placed a moving request on the 18th of September 2024 as I was moving to a different residence mweb then requested my lease agreement and pictures of the Fibre hardware at the new address I sent through all the relevant requested pictures and documents it has been over two weeks now and my Fibre still hasn't been sorted out I sat on hold for over a half an hour this weekend with no luck I called again yesterday and was assured it would be connected today I then received an email asking for the same pictures once again I sent the pictures I called to follow up I was once again stuck on hold the level of service is disgusting yet tonight they will make sure to take their money out of my account
