MWEB VERY BAD SERVICE

Ordered fibre connection on 8th July Have been through every department in an attempt to get Open Serve to install a small box which I’m told is all that is missing. Recorded messages say 2 weeks is the waiting period. Router arrived timeously but we wait. 6 weeks niw. Open serve also do not answer callS. One is requested to leave a phone number for a call back. No chance. Open Serve would appear to be the blockage here. Is Carte Blanche the next step!!!
