MWEB very bad service

Have called various times to billing and told they have problems and get cut off. Tried sales and got through once and person said hello then I got cut off. I tried again and then got the same message they have problems. I am trying to cancel a product and you cannot do it on the web page. I pressed chat and you sit there adfinitum ad nauseum (no one answers). Tried the mobile app and saw cancellation (got excited) only to anser reason for leaving and boom cancellation is greyed out. MWEB wake up and pick up your services as you are totally pathetic also I have used all my airtime trying to get throught o you, are you going to reimburse me?????
