MWEB USELESS SERVICE!!!!!!

The service is terrible! I have been charged about 3 times for my normal rate! They do not accommodate someone who's registered number is no longer active. I have been trying to get hold of someone to help but they keep sending me one-time pins to my old number that I no longer have access to as my phone was ****** and I had to blacklist the number. I can't get help from any consultant as they keep saying, due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot take my call. They can only help you if you give them the one time pin! I cannot even get help from the website. Their chatbot is only giving automatic replies. They don't even list an e-mail address where one can log a complaint. What a useless service!
