Mweb useless - no customer care

Almost every month for many years i get what can only be ***** emails to my mweb account saying my account will be closed if i dont fix "errors" - please log in etc - i ignore these emails The layest batch of 2 emails tells me my account (paid on a debit order) will be suspended if i dont fix "errors" (from an Antionette Opperman) - another one saying my password is about to expire (from Mweb customer care Are these the usual hoax emails or what? So today i tried to get hold of customer care twice - and each call i left running for over 10 minutes without getting through to a tech helper although i was No1 on the list My cellphone bill for these calls now exceeds R20 Mweb is an absolute joke - evidently no customer care - continual hoax emails thru their server and when you need them - dont even try on a weekend I will try again on Monday - they take your money but you will not get any service - absolutely useless company
