Mweb useless

So I changed over from another provider. Hoping Mweb would be better.

I regret this so badly.

My LTE connection just went off. Now nothing works.

I reported it, they tried to fix it over the phone. They couldnt and said that it would be reported to the technical department.

I have followed up so many times with my ref# but everytime. Blames Telkom and that they ate waiting for Telkom as the sim card is provided to them from Telkom.

Week and a half without internet and I am almost certain that I will still pay for the full month.
