MWEB Useless

I have issues with my Fibre I called 3 days in a row now and I got no help or information.All Im told is Vumatel is fixing an issue with my account in arears of which I have now paid up to April because theres an error with Vumatel.I was told Vumatel is fixing my issue and they have to handle the necessary account unlocking process of which was never supposed to even happen as my account was up to date. 3 days no help or reply.I called and held on for 4 hours to be told im at the wrong dept and put thru multiple times to a diff dept.I am fedup I tried the whatsapp help service to no avail.Stay Away From MWEB this will be the last I use their service and I warn any new clients thinking about MWEB try someone else ypu will be sorry going to MWEB.
