MWEB USELESS

My network was off since March and they have deducted the full amount, we call their technical department every day since then, without any success, I still paid for full service that WAS NOT RENDERD, now they come up with ridicules amount that we owed them for services that was not rendered, since today nothing has been resolve, until I start using another network, Mweb is plain useless, PLEASE DO NOT USE MWEB
