MWEB Useless

We have been struggling with MWEB just to get an OTP for the last two days. We have spoken to about 5 or 6 different consultants. I have to say that the technical consultants have tried to help us but we had to send the forms to another department to call us for an OTP. We have not received a call back and while this is happening our business is standing still. Please do not use MWEB when getting fiber!!!
