Mweb us useless

Most useless company ever. Phoned on the 21st of May to cancel my product with them. I was then convinced to stay as they could match the competion I was swapping over to. 6 days later only did they place the order because I had to have a new line installed. I phoned the sales over the weekend and asked whats happening with the installation no answers only that they will escalate. Monday I get email stating that they placed a new order for installation. Phoned the person yesterday that convinced me to stay and asked whats happening only to be told by end of business day they will phone to arrange installation. Guess what? I am still waiting 3 weeks after I said I will stay with mweb. Looks to me the way to keep your customers is by ****ing them off. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MWEB THET ARE BEYOND USELESS!!! Also uncapped is not uncapped they say you will be throttled at 100gb but yet I get throttled at 90 gb already main reason for leaving
